Jim Wilson has 46 years of railroad experience, starting on the ground as a switchman and advancing to Assistant Vice President of Operations for the Santa Fe Railway. As Assistant Vice President of Automotive Operations, Jim led a project team with Wabash National to design two new equipment designs to transport new vehicles. The Autorailer and Allrailer, build prototypes, and place in revenue service. He was one of the project leaders for the design of Santa Fe's Transportation Support System and Service Scheduling System which are the backbone of BNSF Railway's Operating System 33 years hence. Jim has provided logistics, operations, and technical consulting services to Class 1 railroads and their customers for Ernst and Young and Infosys Technologies. Jim graduated from the Wichita State University Business School with a bachelor's degree.

Mike Diluigi has 40 plus years of experience in engineering design and construction of railroad rolling stock with Thrall Railcar, Trinity Industries, and Brandt. Mike served as Vice President of Engineering for Railrunner a new design and rail intermodal system for the movement of containers. Mike provided the initial design for the RAILS Double Stack Container Platform. Mike graduated from the Purdue University Engineering School with a Bachelor's Degree.

Jack Lynch has 40 plus years experience in banking, finance, board experience, and a Chief Financial Officer. Jack served as CFO and Director of Petron Pacific Steel, Co-owner of Liberty Controls, and President of Westbank in Will County, Illinois. Jack graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master's degree in Finance.
